*Due to limited stock, we do not hold items for customers. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECIEVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER, THE ITEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RESTOCKED ON THE WEBSITE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS TO BUY.
Return/Exchange Policy
We have a strict NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy, therefore we encourage our customers to check the size charts thoroughly before ordering. Customers with return or exchange requests will only be entertained in case of damaged products/wrong color/wrong size product. The Odd Lot has the right to refuse return/exchange to any customer.
Payment Policy
WE ONLY ACCEPT 100% ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER. Customers will have to send proof of payment to our official number 0300 977 5059 or via Instagram DM.
ORDERS WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED TILL PROOF OF PAYMENT IS SHARED.
Delivery Policy
Delivery may take 7 to 10 working days. However delays may occur due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns etc) We do NOT provide delivery via bykea/Uber. If a customer wishes to avail that option they will take full responsibility of booking, paying, receiving from riders. The Odd Lot takes no responsibility of the parcel once the parcel has been handed to the bykea/uber rider.
